I've got the stock Scrambler 90 steering spindles and bushings with DC Motorsports a-arms. How tight does the nut need to be on the top of the spindle where it goes through the a-arm? Seems like there is a sweet spot...not tight enough and there's play, too tight and it shears the cotter pin. Should there be a washer under the nut?
