When I first got my 400ex the first thing to go on it was the bearings in the carrier and because of my "destructive maintaince program" for my 400EX it trashed the carrier also. Then when I got my 450R that came with a carrier that was missing a chunk out of it. therefore i needed an upgrade. i upgraded to our carriers that are made of solid 6061 T6 and come with twin row bearings. All our carriers are a round housing design. The best part is except for the lonestar axle in a 450r you can get to the grease zerk without removing anything and they are made right here in the USA.
