View Full Version : long travel a-arms, xc a-arms, and anti-fade

here are some of our products that we carry.
these are our long travel +2 +1 a-arms. They are made of 4130 chromoly. They come with 16mm ball-joints and 12 mm chromoly tie-rods. The set in the picture are for a TRX450R. We also make them for the YFZ, LTR, 250R, 400ex, and Z400. They are 650.00 for the set.

These are our XC +1 +1 a-arms. They have the same features as the long travel a-arms plus they have an extra bend in them for better ground clearance. You can get them in standard travel or long travel. The set in the picture a standard travel for a TRx450r. We make them for the 400EX,LTR, and the YFZ. We will be making them for the 09 YFZ also. They'll run 650.00 a set.

For the honda guys who are tired of dealing with the axle nut coming loose or not coming off at all. Heres your answer. It is our locking axle nut/anti-fade for the TRX450R, 400EX and 250R. It sells for 150.00

We have a new option for our beadlock wheels. You can get them in any color you desire. The regular beadlock wheels are 230.00 per pair for 8 inch and 260.00 per pair for 9 inch and 10 inch for the wheels with colors they are 245.00 per pair for 8 inch and 275.00 per pair for 9 inch and 10 inch.

here are some pics of the color option beadlocks on quads. both are a black wheel. The z400 has polished rings and the 450r has candy/translucent red rings.

hey what you have for anit-vibe stem clamps? what all comes with the a-arm kits also for a 400ex? thanks

The anti-vibe stem clamps come only fit our stem so you would have to buy the stem. you can check out the thread on steering stems also that will give you more info on that http://www.exriders.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=369476

The a-arm kits you get 2 upper a-arms 2 lower a-arms 2 tie-rods and the neccesary bushings and balljoints heres a pic of a 400ex kit

very nice, i'm very interested in those xc lt a-arms, but the big question is, how reliable are the ball joints? I don't want to keep replacing them every month from racing and practicing.
Is the handling harder or weirder due to the extra bend?
and the last question is... are they compatible with Fox Evols DSC?

So how much are the standard travel xc a-arms compared to the long travel xc a-arms? and what size shock do the standard travel a-arms require and what size for the lt version. stock width btw thanks-JOEYD

the standard travel arms and long travel arms are both 650.00 per set. The standard travel use a stock length shock and the long travel depend on which quad you have. We usually do +.5 or +1 on them.
