a arms and front shocks will.. im not too sure about the rear?

shocks, a arms, bumper. idk about anything else. my elkas were orignally on a 250r so i kno first hand that will fit.

this guy on craigslist has a 250r with works front shocks and elka rears he said he paid 750 for the front and i offered him 250 but he isnt sure if he is going to part it out yet does this seem like a good deal or should i buy 450r shocks
