I'm having trouble deciding on an exhaust system for my quad, i've narrowed it down to 3 exhaust, pro circuit, fmf and supertrapp, just can't decide which one would be best for my quad. What do you think?

Have any other suggestions for exhaust systems?

is sound limits is not an issure DASA, ROSSIER, SPARKS, YOSHI, by far the best pipes made. ( in order starting at dasa going to yoshi. and from the 3 you chose get pro-circuit.

procircuit from what you have listed. depending on the bike you have i would say sparks,dasa, or rossier. the fmf powercore that came on my bike is worse than stock

It's for my 400ex, i was also leaning towards the pro circuit.

I looked on the dasa website and all I saw were exhaust for the 450r, can you still find a dasa exhaust system for a 400ex? If I could find one I would scoop it up.

ive heard that white bros are good for the 400, idont think dasa or rossier makes 400 pipes but sparks does ithink.

Have you considered a HMF? I believe that they are a pretty good exhaust, and their customer service has been excellent to me in the past. The FMF powercore4 is a pretty good pipe but requires two bags of packing to repack it. and the core is square which is odd but their customer service is very good as well.

If ^^^ hes right and sparks does make a 400ex pipe deffinetly get that. You wont be able to get a new white bros exhaust anymore because there company got bought up. I had an hmf on my 450 and its an all around amazing pipe. loved every aspect of it. My friend put a procircuit on his kfx400 and loves it he said there were awesome gains. Also sounds very nice.

a buddy of mine that races told me not to get a hmf because it doesnt have any back pressure and can mess up your engine. is that true or just a rumor?

Your buddy prolly blew all the packing out of his muffler. Plus its the bend of the header that give the most restriction of flow for back pressure. HMF is a damn good exhaust.
