? snapped shock support?

hey guys, ive got an 86 lt 250r and thier is a rod that comes down and connects to the swing arm (shock support?) it is snapped and the the rear shock is basically completely compressed and the rear fenders are just grazing the tires. I cant find the part number to this support....any one help me out?

Not real sure what part you are talking about but have you tried to look for the part on BikeBandit.com website? They have a micro fiche type deal that you can sort through all the parts of your quad. A picture may help as wel, just a thought
