Jetting Question

Hi,

I've had my quad for 3 years now and never jetted it. My dad always said 'Blah dont mod your quad' and other ****s but I've managed to mod it anyways. This is what's been done to it:

UNI Air Filter
Open Lid
Debrided exhaust (free flow)

It's not a lot but I was told 250EXs run lean from the factory so now I really feel like I need to rejet. I should have gains but since it's not jetted properly I felt a loss in the powerband and it's doing some nasty backfires now. I need to get some jets but I'd like to know what sizes I should get. I know there's no perfect setting but I'd like to know around what sizes I should get. I tought of buying 102-105-108 and maybe a 42 pilot jet to replace my stock 95 and 38 jets.

What you guys think?

good idea. you should be fine with the jets you are thinking of getting. only switch one thing at a time though when jetting.

I'll probably get some jets next week cause I bought my DG V-Lite bumper today but forgot to buy jets, and I'm not going to do 30miles just to get 2-3 jets lol. :p
