Does anyone have any advice for a head bolt that pulls up when trying to tighten the nut after replacing head gasket ? It doesn't seem loose when using your fingers. I had the motor rebuilt by a local shop but he said it wasn't like that when he rebuilt it , but I only rode for approx. 5 hrs ( after breaking in engine ) and head gasket blew out. I can't afford to take to another shop to have motor gone thru again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

im kind of confused on what your saying.

is this stock? if so as long as you torque the stud nuts in a pattern to their proper torque they should be fine.

if its bored or has a high compression piston then you will probably need to install HD studs. find them at www.gtthunder.com

Yeah the stud has pulled the threads out. You can either heli coil it or get hd studs.
