Axle/Carrier Help

I just installed a RAD carrier in my 400ex, but now my axle won't tuern freely, my swingarm gets hot when riding, and it does roll very well in neutral. Everything is greased properly. What did I miss? If the axle nuts are too tight will it cause this issue?

yes if its too tight it wont roll freely. Loosen the nut until you can turn the axle easily by hand.

You mean the outer locknut? Back it off till the axle turns freely, then snug the inner nut down?

Not the thin lock jam nut, the inner one that pulls everything together. Back it off slowly while turning the wheels by hand. As soon as you feel the free up nicely, tighten up the jam nut.
