It may not be the right forum but that is an awesome trike. Did you use the CRF bike motor or one from the TRX?

Thats awesome. I have beeen thinking about building a nice ATC450R. Not sure I could match up that though. Did you have to mod the frame any to fit 450 in?

Ye, i had to cut & lower the engine cradle buy 2", so you lose some ground clearance, but thats not a big issue for me.

SICK-250RZS

No, the frame is from a 1985 Honda ATC 250r, as is the plastics, seat & tank.

CAN YOU SAY BAAAADDDD*****$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!! WOW I AM JEALOUS!! where did you get the front forks from? i bet you need to go down a couple teeth in the rear sprocket just to keep the front end from always coming up. its a masterpiece and you should be proud.

The radiators are large capacity aftermarket from PWR.

Thanks guys,
The front forks are 'Works Factory' shocks for the 2007 CRF 450

The rear sprocket is standard oem teeth, ye the bike lifts if you 'gun it' just like the quad, but am running a custom Walsh 'SAVIOR' specific rear swinger and fox specific shock, so the bike is well balanced and handles fantasticly.

SOMEBODY GET ME A BUCKET CUZ I AM DROOLING TOO MUCH. lol. but you are giving me an idea to go buy an 09 crf450 and taking the motor out and sticking it in my 06 chassis. how long did it take you to do this awesome build? and they thought they had custom WORCS 250r's in the mid 80's. if they could of seen your trike the atv/atc world would of been alot different. also how much do you have in the build?

Thanks again guys,

I'm glad you mentioned the works 250r's that was my intention when i built this bike, sort of my interpretation on an old school racer but with the best aftermarket race parts available today. I have a collection of Honda atc 250r's this is just one of them.

This build took maybe 6months, it's hard to tell as i work between 2-3 bikes at a time, when i'm waiting for parts for one i do something to another and so forth.

I have probably spent about $16,000.00 on this bike, at the moment am waiting on an aluminium fuel tank to be built, as the plastic OEM tank which i modified is leaking slightly.

Sickest trike I've ever seen. Things that I like about this particular trike: Exhaust is sick and clean, engine clean with hinson cover clean look and professional, black rims/ plastics and rear tires make the trike just overall look nasty.... AWESOME JOB!
