I am thinking about buying a 450r but...

Hi people :)

I am thinking about buying a TRX 450r. But it is made in the year of 2005... I have heard there are some mistakes from the 450r's made this year, if that is right, what mistakes are they?

the main problem with the o4/05 bike is the crank rod bearing going out, but its a hit miss situation.some go out, some dont.

You should be fine. But if your worried about the crank, put a new one in and youll be good

I've got an 04... was the second 450r in florida. Haven't had a single problem with it. I'd say go for it dude.

ive had my 05 for about a year and its been fine, im also the second owner, but its held up great. definitly get a 05 their great

Both my 05 motors have held up great this season no complaints! :)
