05 450R. HRC kit and K&N filter. That obviously wasn't enough so I put an FMF mega bomb header pipe and FMF power core 4 on. Still isn't close to enough low to mid. What is the recommended jetting? What other options are out there?

Theres always big bore kits. A 520 big bore is suppose to give you over 60hp

definatly get a jet kit and bump it up. i ran mine with a pipe and stock jets then after i jetted it it was like night and day. should give you alot more bottom.

If you don't want to go big bore, I'd atleast get a 12:1 or 12.25:1 stock bore piston. Otherwise I'd get a Cylinder Works big bore cylinder and 12:1/12.25:1 piston. Maybe a Hotrods stroker crank if you want to dig into the bottom end.

Porting/piston and a better exhaust.
Depending on your riding type maybe a different cam.

Big bore kit should be the last mod of many.

Forgot to mention porting, but if he wants to go big bore eventually and would be getting a piston sooner he might as well go ahead and get the new cylinder.

I just put all the FMF stuff on and it did not seem like it did a thing. I drag raced a 450R with just the HRC kit and it was pretty dead even. What should I be running for a main and pilot jet?

Look into Dasa, Venom, Rossier, or Rage for exhaust.

All that does it make noise and make the bike run hotter :P

Rejet and the bike will start making proper power.

Get some porting and it will be alot faster. up the comp ratio.
