This is tants frame (nasty250r)

two of my friends and I are jealous of this frame because of the gusseted plates under the motor mounts.(ours dont have them YET)- the pic is in the bottom right corner

the revisions are :

NEW two 1/8" thick plates underneath the bottom motor mounts.
(I saw this done to a 400ex and adapted it to the R)- if anyone can find that pic please post it!

I lengthened the tubes by the shock towers by 2-3cm

I shortened the height of the frame gussets where the frame and subframe meet. The gussets on my frame are a little to close for comfort to the master cylinder mount, but i havent had a problem.

Everything else is fairly close to my first design which was on my frame(and 2 others).

The only thing needed to be done now is drill the holes for the skids and grind some of the welds to clean them up. :D

Good job man, but I hope your doing some more gusseting at the front of the frame and towards the fronts in the middle.

Why would he need more? The only thing I could see would be putting some right triangles above the shock mounts for some extra support

Yea above the shock mounts ur right bee i dont wanna rgue again lol, i know what'll happen but yea above the shock mounts be a good idea, a racer that races at a track i race broke his frame right there on his 250r and then another guy busted his shock mount on his 400ex. So prolly wouldnt be a bad idea, but good job tho so far. you do some pretty kool work man. Like the style
