my stock shocks are stiff.

hey guys, i have been riding my new yfz with elka shocks for a couple of months and yesterday i rode around my other one with stockers and they felt really stiff. do you have any experiance with a quad sitting to long and shocks stiffing up or is it my imagination?

You are just used to the way your Elka's ride. They should be noticeably softer than stock.

yfz valving is stiff. it pretty much has to be so it will work for a wide variety of riders.
