Cutting the swingarm off wont do ya any good, the bolt will still be there, just cut the bolt out then get a new one. Alot cheaper and simpler.

I'm cutting the swingarm off to make it easier to get to the bolt. The swingarm was ruined by the bad bearings, has busted and cracked parts where the bearings and seals go. Junk swinger....so why not cut it off?
