The $199 new is for the basic system without hard drive. If you want the hard drive which is needed they are still $300, and he has a second controller.

Try Craigslist man. I sold my old $360 Pro with only one controller for $280 on there not too long ago. Might get lucky and not have to deal with shipping either.
