just wondering if this is hot or not. i'm running a 150 main, no lid, k&n filter. have run it with my new cobra full exhaust for like an hour. i hate the fact that my headpipe is like charcoal now!

did you rejet for the pipe? all 300s run hot but not that hot,

BUT it could just be the cobra pipe doing that, as they are not the highest quality

yeah, like i said i have the 150 main and 42 pilot, while stock is 122 main and 38 pilot. could it have something to do with valves creating excessive heat?

o sorry, missed the jetting part, its just the paint on the pipe burning off i bet.
