My rhino only goes 25 mph top speed. I was wondering what might keep it from going as fast as it should?
check the air filter, they are bad about stopping up and it will really cut down on the performance.

Mine does that randomly I think its something up with the electronics bc its only randomly when it happens and its less then a year old. just if I get on it hard it cuts out like it does at 41 mph when the limiter kicks in

Yeah it feels like its on the speed limiter and you are only going like 25mph. It really pisses me off.

Check you're belt. A 450 should go 35, 40 for a 660 and a stock 700 does 42 mph.

yeah.....but this is an electronic issue for sure, it just is randomly nothing is slipping sounds the exact way it does when it tops out at 41, since I have the 660. Just really happens randomly and then the lights all come on on the dash haha but my rhino only has like 250 miles on it....sits in our cargo trailer most of the time since we moved from the country to town..
