I have still not received an order I paid for in full including shipping in Feb 2007.
The original order was for beadlock rims. After some months they did not arrive, I lost the sale which is understandable. I contacted Izzy to swap the beadlocks for Banshee stem kits to the same value and he said OK they would be shipped right out and guess what? No stem kits.
Several emails and phone calls later and no joy. What should I do now? Izzy always says he will look into it but nothing comes of it. 20 months is way too long.
