oil tank upgrade question

is it worth the money for a bigger capcity oil tank.does it cool the motor that much more. are there any increases on performance?:confused:

The bigger oil tank is really good. If your running more porformance then I would get it. The oil tank does cool the motor much more and it is worth it. It won't increase porformance but when you are overheating you are loosing power so this will help you in that area.

a aftermarket cooler will do more than th etank. the tank will help yout oil last longer since it see's less time in motor since there is more to circulate, however a extra cooler will do alot more

how much do oil coolers cost. are they hard to install?

i got the pingrys tank on mine. (in mods) and the heat u feel off the pipe on ur leg (thru blue jeans) was cooler with the heat sheild off than it was wit the stock cooler and the heatsheild ON. if that makes since. cuz when u take off the sheild it gets ur leg hotter. and mine got cooler. seemed to work for me.
