Come on need motivation to get one????? how about its a 20 year old quad that would still rule if it wasnt for the tree huggers, most quads these days are based on the geometry of the 20 yr old trx 250r!!! Basically you either know what it is and know you need to get one of your sit there on the 4 pokes and say ahh look at that 20 yr old 2 stroke!! But after it blows by you, you have nothing to say!!! SO GO GET ONE!!!!!!!! :devil:

i have a 250r and a 450r . i prefer the 450r after it was set up correctly. mind you...the 250r was set up also for x/c. i dont feel the geometry is even remotely similar in feel. the 250r feels long and sluggish. my 05 turns much better,its quicker,but i still love the sound and scream of a 2 smoker. this is my opinion only!

x2...My yfz 450 smokes 250r's and handles better but I still love my R.
