suspension setup

hi all ive just bought a new ds450x and am absolutely stoked see pic below, i need help setting up my suspension, i dont ride mx,im a weekend warrior i ride trails and dunes im just over 6 foot tall and i weigh bout 83 kgs, dunno what thats in pounds, im an intermediate rider and im trying to get my suspension set up any advice what to run?? ta

Its really not possible for someone to just tell you what the best setup is. Sorry man. Your just gonna have to put in the time and start changing clicks.

I'm not a professional but I can tell what I did.
My weight is pretty much like yours, and I took the upper screw into the softest I could get, and made 4 clicks to harder.
I did the same on the screw which appear down of the shock.
In the rear one I touched only in the upper screw. Did the same like the front shocks just did like 8 clicks into harder.
After you adjust the shocks (like you want it to be), please let me know what you did so I can try it myself.
