Anyone know how to break down the VIN

Was wondering if anyone has a resource/reference to break the VIN # down into specific codes.
Such as manu date, manu facility, etc.

i dont have what certain codes are, but i do have a breakdown of what section of numbers means.

there are 17 letter/numbers in the vin number. here is a breakdown
1 2 3- country and manufacturer
4 5 6 7 8- Model
9- check digit
10- model year
11- factory
12 13 14 15 16 17- sequential production number
