swingarm bearings

Any ideas of how to get them out?
Mine are really rusted in there and i have tried heating them up and trying to knock them out but they wont budge
please help

Alright i have tried spraying rust stuff all around the bearings and letting it soak for 2 days but they stll wont budge
then i used a torch and heated up the bearings until the entire tube was glowing red hot, and then taking a socket and hammer to them but still nothing
any other ideas because right now im looking at a new swingarm or taking it to a machine shop neither of which i have money for now
any help would be greatly appreciated

Well the one time I performed this, I had to take a die grinder and slowly ground through the outer sleeve, make sure you do not grind into to the swingarm thought, then I peeled the sleeve back and out of the swingarm with pliers.
