I have the air box lid off on my sons 90, and i also have a K&N filter put in. Does it need to be re-jetted? I'm not too good with mechanics. Thanks

Yes, if it was jetted right before you removed the lid. Removing the lid and adding the k&n will lean it out. You need to do a plug check.
