here is a raptor 250 with crf 150 motor. we did our best to utilize parts off either the dirt bike or the quad. the parts used off the dirt bike are as follows motor,carb, exhaust(modified), elctronics.
the parts off the quad are as follows. frame(modified motor mounts for the crf motor but you can swap the crf motor out for the raptor motor), suspension, air box and boot(had to cut the storage compartment off the back to allow the airbox to slide up and meet the crf carb) gas tank(modified), throttle and cable, carrier and axle.
The swingarm bolt on the crf goes through the motor but the raptor swingarm bolt does not so we had to make bushings for the motor to use the raptor swingarm bolt. we built a swing arm to fit around the motor and use the stock axle and carrier. we built mounts to hold the electronics and radiator. the radiator is custom but for the future we are going to use a radiator off another quad or dirt bike.
For the suspension you can use the stock suspension. On the front we upgraded to +2 +1 long travel a-arms w/yfz shocks. we also used or anti-vibe steering stem
