Replacement balljoints

Hey whats up. I called the other day asking for some replacement balljoints for 250r style premium arms. You said you guys didnt have any but would call me right back with when/if you could have them made. I never heard back from you guys. Please let me know whats up as i need to do soemthing asap, Id hate to have to buy another set of arms just becuase i cant get the replacement balljoints.
