my hybrid consists of a 91 LT250R with a 98 honda cr250 dirtbike engine. i am really happy with the outcome. its got a ton of power and is quite a bit lighter. i have also done the 03 z400 rear shock conversion (spring preload backed off as far as she will go).
everything had to be made or modified for this conversion, from shaving the case down to align the chain, to the kickstarter, airbox, and pipe. not to mention every motor mount and hacking apart pieces of the frame. so for those of you that want an easy swap, this is not for you.

some bushing/spacers i had machined for the swingarm/rear motor mount bolt. left one is factory cr250, right is custom machined piece.
