ivery time i try to add pic here it says its too large. what should i do???????

you can either make the image smaller, or you can use photobucket, and when uploaded, use the [IMG] code

you can open it up in microsoft office picture manager which should be on your computer already, or you can download Irfanview, FastStone Image, or something of that sort to change the size.
