hey whats up? im still in san fran..well actually like 5 miles north in a town called Mill Valley. im going to the beach and they said that the water is only like 35-40 degrees...:eek: :eek2: :confused2 .....so yeah...also i got to watch out for the sharks..there is a sign there that says...sharks after 6ft of water.. :eek2: so i'll just have my leg torn off:D yeah its kinda of boring out here but i went to alcatraz yesterday and it is a wierd place...well see you guys on saturday we are heading back tomorrow (wednesday) maybe i will be on later (using hotels internet)

well guys, looks like i'm out for the summer. that covers the internet, quads, playstation2, anything that keeps me alive and going. my dad lost the key to danny's 400ex so i hotwired it and lost the ignition...so i was planning on buying a new one and having my parents never find out, but...they did....didn't take it too well. i tried to blame it on them because if my dad wouldn't have taken the key from me, then it wouldn't have ever happened. stupid *******...anyway, haven't told dan yet...haven't heard from him, but i'm heading off to a wedding reception right now so i'll have to call dan later and tell him the bad news. i think i should have the new ignition by the end of this week (friday).....later guys, have a great summer riding and enjoy!! and always remember it could be worse, like my summer, where i get to sit in my room and stare at the ceiling for endless hours...that's my whole summer....this is going to be one sloooow summer..........peace guys

A red 250r with k&k graphics... I'm not positive that we will be there I think I just sold my ohlin front shocks... so if I did I would be riding with the stockers & if on stockers... not fun with +2 arms LOL so it depends on that.. hey speedy how do you like those elkas & what did they run? I think we are actually going to be at Milltown on friday afternoon cuz I have some family coming to our cabin Saturday & the wife might get a little pissed if I leave her alone with them ;) so we will see what happens... I put a new 37mm sudco carb on the R last week & man does she really haul the mail now, I should have done that along time ago, I still have to get it jetted just right in midrange , but I have the main all set & she rips :D

mike - the races i was going to see weren't at iron river, i guess there's a fair going on up there and they had quad races and dirtbikes i think? so yea that answers your question.

flip_sideEX and i went up to milltown on saturday, it was soo hot and humid i could barely breathe, i didn't ride that much because i didn't have a quad there, so danny and i had to switch off. i was only hitting the one table top, i don't know how big it is but it's a good size, i was coming about 3-5 feet short of clearing it because i could only get into 2nd gear because there's not enough room to get good speed. danny was getting some good air on the bigger tabletop.

danny- mike wants me to race your 400ex on friday:D :D

yea mike, i wish i was rich too. the parts alone for fixing the banshee is over $1,000. Pistons are demolished, cylinders are scuffed up, top end is like ruined i think, rods are cracked and melted, crankshaft is basically a ball of welded metal.....:( :huh and who knows what else happened...that's all they've seen by now...my dad called me this morning:(

yesterday my modem was fried by the storm while i was still online. so i found another modem lieing around, i installed it and hooked it up. and it connected back at my normal 50.6K yesterday. well today i just got back from church a couple minutes ago and i start up the computer and connect to the internet...i look at what i'm connected at...and it says 115.2K!!!!:eek2: :huh i'm like WHAT?! so yea, haha, i guess i have twice as fast internet now:devil: haha take that danny and mike! lol:D

Northfield is great fun... its called I think Boyer Pit & cost $10 for the day.... we will probally be going again this Saturday.... its just a huge sand pit with trails, hill climbs, dune type hills & a couple jumps. The biggest jump is about a 50 foot table... but its cool cuz there is a little bit of everything there... mud, sand, water, jumps etc etc. Its open to all things... we even got to watch a couple 4x4 Huge ***** trucks bend some axles on a rock they were trying to climb up :blah: heh. I forgot my camera so my bad.. but it was way worth $10 :o

The gilbert park is open to all and it is free to all people how wants to go. they are hill climbs and trials and 4x4 mud pit and atv mud pit and some rock for the 4x4 and dirt bike can go in the park too.

We just play around my cabin in the ditches & stuff... the funner trails are up in the Danbury & webb Lake area...I only know of one other track up there (besides Grantsburg) but its private, he is ony about 1 mile from my cabin & I have talked to him but he said he doesn't want quads on his DIRTBIKE track, but if I wanted to ride a dirtbike on it I could..... he said them dam quads wreck the faces of jumps..... whatever I was thinking... maybe if you rollem instead of jumping them they do.... the only bich I can see dirtbikes having is that quads make alot more dust... thats it. :macho

race sucked.... jumped off the line on practice and hit the first tabletop... back end slid around, back tires hit the top of the table... overcorrected hit the flats and rolled me like a *****. i dont remember anything after my back end sliding out... but i guess i had to throw the quad off of me, got up looked around and fell over. next thing i know i wake up a half hour later in a medical tent.:( if i would have just gone a little faster i would have made it fully to the landing. so im out for a couple weeks while i let my head heal... same with my back, looks like i have to @sses:eek:

WELL, today I found out one more way to #$&* up...again.I was adjusting the air adjustment screw out and, went and did a wheely in my friends yard to soo if it was running well. Well the screw just fell out, along with the spring and washers and stuff. But I talked to a guy I know and he might be able to hook me up, or I can always pay the local honda dealership and either see if they have that crap in stock or steal it off a stock 400ex.-darren:devil: :mad:

Outing is out :huh for this weekend... our group of 11 has dwindled to 4 so we aren't going up there... we are going to my cabin is Siren instead & riding in Danbury on Saturday... & milltown track on Sunday... I would think around 1 or so we will be in Milltown... we might even hit it on the way up there tommorrow afternoon for a couple hours.... maybe see some of you there. :)

well today i rolled my 400 in the garage, charged the battery, cleaned out the air filter, and took off my head pipe and silencer. my head pipe was covered in rust and mud that was baked onto the pipes, so i took a wire brush to it and afterwards sanded it to a nice shine. here's what it looks like now (compare that to a nice rusty looking brown:D )

^ its in the Lino Lakes area...... we might head up there on Sunday.. thats when you can really make a good deal on stuff cuz its the last day.... anyone looking for a 99 Polaris xplorer 400 4 x 4 with 750 miles on it for $3400?? & I'm looking for a sportsman 500 or 600 2001 or newer for the wife. She doesn't think she needs it, but I do & its my hard earned money so shes getting one... I need a better wheeler for hunting & ice fishing & its my way of getting one :p Hopefully I can find a good price on one up at Haydays.... We were at Milltown last Sun & there was a bunch of dirtbikers there... it was fun & they were all cool, but man was it dusty. :scary:
