honda 400ex backfiring

Hi I was wonder if someone can help me out.. My 400ex backfires when I decelerate... Is this normal?

Sounds like an exhaust leak, try new donuts, tighten them all together and make sure you pipe is square, don't overtighten them either, Z.

the seal is for a one time use. if you took off your exhaust then air is probably getting sucked through or its jetted wrong
