Mxr Front Hubs

Does anyone know of an aluminum front hub and spindle for the Apex MXR? I am trying to lighten it up a little, it looks to me like these may be a copy of a Honda 250r/trx450r hub. Has anyone swapped these or know if they fit?

did you do just the hubs or hubs and spindles? what all is involved with making this work?
