Instead of doing the front cabinets, you could do a workbench and overhead cabinets.

Tires mounted to the wall along with oils and such.
http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc52/X-Stream_Composites/Loomis%20Racing/004.jpg
Pegboard ran down the wall for other misc. stuff along with a fold down work table.

Load your trailer how you normally would and take measurements and draw it out. Look to me like you could stack alot more stuff in there.:D

i have an 8x20 trailor i bought last year new. i had a roof mount ac unit installed at the factory. right now it's just plain jane but i put a futon couch that folds into a bed. i plan on putting up some shelves also have some stackable storage box's to hold cooking, eating, misc. supplies. also have a spare futon mattress for the kids to sleep on. i'll get some pics soon. i'm curious as to what weight axles you guys are running, mine is 3500# axles.

This is a good idea for bedding arrangments!!
Fold away bunk beds!!
You can mount them on both sides of the trailer!!
I have this same unit!!
Half way through the video you will see a Great idea on the bunks!! And it can be on both sides of the trailer!!

I built some universal 1/8" plate steel mounts that accept 144 and 110 bolt patterns and welded them to 1 1/2" square tubing about 4" in length with another 1/8" flat plate and screwed them to the wall. I built the same style, but in Yamaha pattern for one of my teammates.
One thing I did though was to reinforce the trailer wall with 1/2" plywood, so I could put the mounts where I wanted to and not just on the studs. If you want some closer pics let me know.

If i am not mistaken. I think Forrest River has gone under. I will check with Jerry. We live where about 95% of these campers and trailers are made at. And I think about 90% of them are closed down.. Every couple weeks we will get a flier in the mail about one of these factories closing and they have been auctioning everything in their plants off.:(
