well i think i'm ready to make a little more power out of my 07 400ex, so far it's got a HMF slip on, uni filter, 42 pilot, and either a 156 or 158 main (cant remember), i wanna take my airbox lid off and let this thing breath, what should i go with as far as main 160? i'd rather it be a little rich than lean, the 42 pilot will be fine for this setup correct?

also, where can i get a 6pack rack, being that the 400ex is the most popular 4wheeler on the planet i cant believe i cant find any specific to it on ebay, will one made for the 450r work? or what will work on it??

thanks for the help guys!

158 or 160 sounds about right. before you change jetting take the lid off and run it. if it runs better then your close. if it starts popping then your lean and will need a bigger pilot. (this is at full throttle)

six pack rack. check out motosport.com or denniskirk.com

The pilot has no affect at full throttle. It only has an affect from idle to 1/4 throttle.

Do a search on ebay for "400ex" and you should find several 6 pack racks. Mine is a PRM and I love it.
