So i was rideing down the river not very deep cua half my airbox is missing so i was only in water about 1/2 way up the tire and then i got to the parts where the bottom is reall mucky and sandy and the tires jest started diging i was like S*** so it ended up stuck DEEP in the sandy bottom, Note: my dad don't want me to ride mud or water, so i didn't wanna walk in the front door and him be like "why are your legs all wet" so i took my boot, and socks off throwed them to the shore and pulled up the bottoms of my pants, its october so the water wasn't that bad, but heres the thing, when i hopped off the wheeler, guess what...
It starts floatin down stream with the water only 1/2 up the tire!!! i was like crap and grabed it then pushed it to the shore to the south then went and picked up my boots and socks and went home cuz i was already at the end of my chain...(bein late by like 1 hour)

Thats my ride jest mine ain't that "new" looking being a 1985 beater

Awesome, have fun on that thing!
And yea, I know first-hand that an '87 Quadracer 250 will float upside-down in a New Mexico irrigation ditch :D

ya i can usually go over a a good 30 min. some times with the mom but my dad'll jist say "park it, you can ride it again when i say so"
i usually git home b4 my dad so i can clean the wheeler, cuz he doesn't want me to go muddin or ride around in the river, creeks, or ditches, (he don't know i do tho)
i'm jist waitin one of these days when i come home reall muddy and the wheeler real muddy too and he's already home, like of work early or somethin, haha that would suck

Your old man is a wang for not wanting you to have fun on your quad. My dad and gramps turned me loose on grandpa's old 3-wheeler (a honda 200x BTW) when I was about 10, and its been on since then.

You need to convince dad to get a new quad for him to ride, or get mom/grandpa/somone to convince him that it would be a good "bonding experience" :D
