450r carbwires

i got a 450r carb and am ready to modify it for the400. i've read these threads and it seems easy but i can't find what to do with the wires. i have the wire with the knob on it and another one that comes out the bottom thats actually 2 wires permenently attached. which is which and what one do you cut off and tape and what one do you leave alone? sorry i know its in the threads but i've looked so many times i can't remember where it was.

You can tie the wires out of the way, or cut them off. I personally tied them out of the way for awhile, got tired of the cluttered look, then cut them off.
