05 450R backfires and pops on decel, any help?

05 450R, when you are decellerating it will pop and backfire, any body have any suggestions as to what it might be?

Bike is mostly stock with HRC kit, sparks pipe, k&n filter and wiseco stock replacement piston. No head work and still running the stock carb.

Any help would be appreciated.

Adjust ur airscrew

check your main jet too...might need a bigger size...

Go up to 48 pilot and then play it out with the airscrew. This will surley sort out the backfire and you will also have better throttle resonse. Nothing to do with main-jet. If this is not going to sort out the problem you probably have leaking valves.

50 pilot...2 3/4 out on the screw....180-185 main....4th clip down on needle should get the job done.

loose the lid,put on an outerwears ,and get a hrc or sparks needle in middle clip position. AND HANG ON !
