how do i get my front sprocket off the bolt wont move at all :mad:

Keep it in gear. Spray some WD40 on it, and use the longest handled wrench/socket combo to gains as much leverage as possible.

yeah like right after i posted this i tryed that with a relly long ratchet (s/p?) and it worked but thanks
