I like the wheels, another cheap and easy thing you guys could do which a lot of people over look is painting the underside black such as the rear, leaf springs etc.. you'd be surprised of the differnce if makes! :macho

Wire brush to knock loose all the loose pealing paint and surface rust then clean with either simple green or reducer/thinner. Air dry then you can take undercoating and spray any given areas you would like to be textured, allow it to dry for atleast an hour so it will have time to flash.. Take your semi gloss or gloss black paint and apply..

Every 4-5 months you might have to go under there and clean it up with some fresh paint to keep it looking " new " but it's worth it in the long run.

All kidding aside the bed is kinda cool! maybe if you sanded the wood railing down, stained and then shot clear coat over them it'd make it look very clean with a old work truck retroness to it hah.. Some gloss black would look nice on that bed too! You can make the truck look very appealing on cheap budget and some spare time to burn, hey that's what the old trucks are for anyways right. :D

That truck would look a lot better if it had some bigger more aggressive tires, I'm not talking big and fancy though.. Just keep those rims and go a couple inches up on the tire. Everything else looks big and mean!

Too bad it's a Ford though.. haha

my very first truck was identicle to that only F250 with 8 foot flat bed........i would give damn good money to have that truck back. I would trade one of my spare quads straight up for it in a heartbeat :( i had some fun nights in that thing.

its a 8 ft camper special bed. id much rather have the 6' imo it looks alot better than the 8. best bet to find one is go to some car swap meets. last fall i had found a 6' bed in MINT shape for $400 but passed it up cause i didnt want to shorten my frame. the bed i have is all rotted out so i bought some new bedsides and im just going to pretty much rebuild the whole bed, set me back a grand :grr:

Also wouldnt mind if i was a tad louder. No more tail pipe didnt do the trick for me.. and dont wanna snap anymore bolts on the exhaust HA!
