I could really use some help here, im building my 440 and the part of my sleeve that fits into my case is i think we measured around 49thou bigger (but I will re-measure) than my stocker. Anyone else have this problem? and what are my options, I was told i was going to have to mill out my case but I was hoping there would be an easier way. Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance!

yep you gotta get the case bored to accept the sleeve. That or grind it out yourself.

the easyest way to do it is with a dremel. i did it to mine. the only thing is the shavings dropping in the bottom end. i just let them fall in then i filled it up wit oil started it drained it did that another 3 times then pulled the clutch side casing and did the sump pump screen and it was fillled wit shavings then cleaned it then put it all back together and its good now.

I would NEVER use the above strategy.
