complete tear down guide/help

does anyone have a complete tear down guide?
im going from the stock everything put together bike to the frame.
i need a guide thats got everything from taking off the plastics to taking apart the motor.
help would be much appreciated. thanks

yep get the manual.

Try to pay close attention when you tear it down. It will help alot during rebuild. The manual will help you when you get stuck.

400ex is pretty simple you shouldnt have too much trouble if your mechanically inclined at all.
