Is the Viper 90r a normally open or normally closed circuit? How do I connect the kill switch? Not good with electronics

OK you have a stock wiring harness with a battery start.... right ?
then do this......... it don't mater if it's open or closed....just get a pro design and your good.

This is from Bulldog himself......well put...

No the aftermarket tether will not plug into the existing harness

Install:

1-Remove old tether and plug the male into female to complete the line

2- New tether
A)Take line that connects to the exposed metal part and attach to a ground.
B) Take the other lead and splice it into the hot lead on the coil

No big deal.....I love this sh*t.

The wire that comes out of the body of the new pro design switch has a metal ring.....if you hook the hot to it...it will make the metal ring hot......your kid will just love you the first time they get shocked in the rain....lol that wire gos to ground anywere on the frame. The other wire gets tapped into the wire from the coil to the CDI. So when you ground it it's just like shutting of a old lawn mower with a screwdriver.
