Welcome to the forums. :)
Cut the rear clutch shoes down to 180 grams each.
That will take care of most of the bog.

What do you mean by shaving the rear shoes down? Do you drill them out to reduce the weight or do you shave them down somehow? Other's have suggested to take out 2 of the rollers and install brand new ones or should I leave that alone? With the FMF The mid to high is explosive but the bottom end is lacking. Is it really worth trading in the FMF pipe for a trinity racing pipe? Also If I go to a larger rear sprocket it will help out the bottom end and acceleration (albeit at a slight expense of top speed) or do you think the clutch mods will be enough?

Keep the FMF for now.
You take the rear clutch apart and get the shoes off. You then cut the end off the clutch shoes to take the majority of the weight off. Then drill the back to the desired weight.
The 2 roller thing isn't the answer here. Some like it, some don't.
Do the clutch shoes then we'll see if it needs anything else.

Eatondaddy has a great pic of this work.
