Frame fix

i have buddy that has the z400 with the bad frame and he has been looking for the frame fix kit and i told him that i would ask on here for him so if anyone knows about it or where i could find one that would be great.

I got the Bare gausset kit and had my frame powder coated at same time. haven't had any issues since and looks great. Follow cataways link or google Bare gausset kit you'll find it. Find a good welder to do it.

sweet thanks i have been looking for it for awhile. ya i have some one who is a good welder.

I built my own gusset kit,went and got steel 1/8 thick plates then cut them to fit.was easy to do if you weld and cost me $15 in metal. also gave me an excuss to paint the frame blue instead of ugly gray.

heres front view u can see over front shocks is were the most common breakage starts my had hair line crack on frame by shock top.I was looking at a DW mag that showed the problem areas.wish I could find mag to show you then youll see the areas.
