Oil leak

Anyone ever had oil leaking out of the hole under the water pump? I just got mine back together and i replaced the mech. seal, oil seal and bearing. But now it is leaking. Im thinking maybe the oil seal is not in there good or something. Any input would be appreciated.

The new oil seal you installed has failed:( this is the only way you can get oil out of the weap hole
