Kfx 400.

I have a kfx 400, 2003 When you fill the oil tank it is pumpin it all into the base of the motor and then smokes like crazy it doesn't return the oil back into the tank, any help out there?

i would have to ask if in fact you have oil pressure ? there have been a few that have problems with the oil pump ,one of the gears seams to brake for some reason , if its not pumping oil it would just set in the crank case . it could make it run rather erratic

Found out trouble, I didn't know engin had to be warm when you checked oil, I had about 3-4 liters of oil in it.

yup.. i believe you gotta run it for 3 mins then you can check oil. it all goes and sits in the oil crank when not running.
