Ims roll nerfs

I'm building a new race bike and just got my ims roll nerf bars. I have these same nerfs on my old bike but my new ones are different. There are no brackets that mount under the battery box. Did they change the design or forget to give me some peices? They might be in the other box with my heelgaurds and pegs but I did'nt get that box yet. Ups left my nerfbars but required a signature for my pegs and heelgaurds.

I finally got the other box. But there was no brackets:grr:. Anyone know if they changed how they mount. There were no instructions so I'm kind of lost. I'll probaly just fab up my own way of mounting them.
