Cut your fenders and pressure wash the balance stickers off of them?

Its alot cheaper, and it will still look good after you ride it a few times, which cant be said for black plastics...:chinese:

Don't ever ever ever get black plastic. You look at it worng and it will be all scatched up.

I'd go with yellow plastic, blue frame a arms ect ect.

White fronts and yellow rears with some kind of grpahics kit to tie it together would look effin bad....:macho

Correct me if im wrong, but you could probably get the whole frame, subframe, stem, and swinger PC'd for less than $500...

If your planning on elkas, then the PC shouldnt be that hard to acquire.

used elkas which are like 500-600 and it would cost me alot of money to paysomeone to put it in a blue frame. where would i take them parts to get pc?

First a sandblaster, then a powder coating place...

Your local town should have one, if not then a bigger nearby city would.

Talk to Pappy about PC. Hes the man at it. Its not hard to take a quad apart and throw it back together. Get a shop manual and wirte down notes.

UPS or Fed Ex it bro. Tearing a quad apart isn't all that hard. If you can tie your shoe then you should be able to do it.

I didn't think I would be able to put it back together but there's really only one way to learn. I did what my dad told me to. Get a box of Ziploc Baggies to start. For every different part put the bolts to that part in the baggie and label it. Example- one baggie would be Right headlight, another would be Left headlight, etc. etc. It works really well.

good idea thats what i planned on doing if i decide to pc my frame etc. but if u have more of an idea what bolts go where u could just label the baggies plastic, engine, front end,steering,etc.etc.etc but yeh u'll learn its easy
