Alright, I just wanted to let everyone know what is going on with my transaction with this guy. I purchased a radiator from him last tuesday. He claimed he would go ahead and ship it out on Wednesday, express shipping in order to get it to me by Friday. I went ahead and mailed a money order on wed. for the amount of $75 USD. Friday rolls around, no radiator. So I attempt to call Austin, no answer. I left him a voicemail stating that I wanted to know where my radiator was and left him my number in order for him to call me back. No return call. Saturday rolls around, no return call, and no radiator still. So I call again Saturday evening. Someone picks up, but doesn't say anything. As soon as I say "hello", they hang up on me. They did this three times within five minutes. The fourth time it goes to voicemail, and I leave a nice voicemail stating that I need to get my radiator, or the authorities are going to be notified of this little scam he has going. Needless to say, no return call from that either. So Austin, I'll ask the question on here where everyone can read it, Where is my radiator? We both agreed on getting it here by Friday, didn't happen. No return calls, no radiator, no pictures for anyone, and you have my money, seems like a scam to me.

Moral of the story, do not do business with this guy. So far, he is showing me that he is just a petty thief. Now, if I do happen to get my radiator, I will update this thread. But I'm still out the extra 35 dollars I sent him to express ship it.

Okay, well its been a month now and I still have no radiator, no tracking number, and numerous un-returned phone calls. I have talked to Austin several times over the phone, and he swears up and down that he sent it out, yet he can't provide a tracking number when I ask. He's always at a buddy's house and tells me to call back in an hour, well guess what, NO ANSWER! It goes straight to voicemail and I never get a return call. So Austin, I'm going to go ahead get ahold of the police in Beverly Hills and let them know whats going on. Mayble a little persuasion from them will help motivate you to send me my money back. I don't even care about the radiator at this point, I just want my $75 dollars back. Again, this is MAIL FRAUD that you are doing here, and it is a crime that people go to jail for.

If you still would like to call me and get me that tracking number, you have my phone #. Meanwhile, I'm going to go ahead notify the police in your area and see what they can do for me.

Listen, I really would love to not call the cops, but so far, you've said that you are going to do all these things, like get me the radiator by that sat, or get me tracking number when I get home, but so far, you have YET to come through on one of those promises! I've talked to you 3 or 4 times now, and EVERY TIME, you are conveniently unable to get me any proof that you have shipped this thing out. Then when I try and call back, it conveniently goes right to voicemail. Your phone does work both ways, if you were really concerned about holding up your end of the deal, YOU WOULD HAVE CALLED ME BY NOW! So please, by all means, put the tracking number on here so I can figure out what the heck is going on with my $75.
