PEP makes both standard (16"), and long travel (19") shocks.

Are they the same price? The most expensive I see is 895.00. That is the ZPS....what all adjustments do you have with those?

Here is a quote from ATVing.com:

The ZPS fronts come with the adjustable triple rate springs and crossovers, a unique multi sensing damping, the one-of-a-kind ride height adjustment, and adjustable remote gas reservoirs.

What does that mean? Are they compression and rebound adjustable? What is the wait from Baldwin Outlaw???????

You can get either one, but will need LT arms if you get the 19" shocks.

i order my long travel pep shocks from bladwin the begining of october and when i called him a week ago he said 2 more weeks so mine should be done about now. now if it wasen't for that damn truck making me spend all my money i wouldn't have to wait a week more to afford them:D

PEP and Houser would be a pretty good front end setup huh? +2 on a 400EX

Well the PEP wait always seems to turn into a longer wait then they say, so don't get to excited. PEP and Houser would be a good setup, as would Herrmann and PEP, or just about any other a-arm with PEP shocks because all the arms are about the same. +2 would be good for MX, but not if you ride in the woods a lot.

i am a PEP dealer....i have gotten a few sets of shocks from PEP. i have always had the shocks by the date they tell me....usually ahead of time. currently they tell me 4-6 weeks i can have them.....i believe i get them so quiclkly since i buy so much from them.

My PEP ZPS came out to 919.00 to my door. They are compression adjust but u can get rebound even though PEP doesnt recomend it. They also come in standard mounts (16 1/2in) or LT (19in)

I swear I am worse then a women when it comes to this!! It is beginning to irriate me. It is either Elka or PEP....I am not worried about the price difference. Warriorman, I will be doing some MX racing, so +2 will be ok? I really dont need +3 do I? I have been quoted 4-6 weeks on PEP, and that would be perfect, cause I am not going to be buying until February....and can't reallt rider until then anyway:D I just like that fact that alot of Pro MX racers run PEP....I know I know Elka is still new yet....And, if I don't like the PEP....theres always E-Bay:D

Well, I finally made up my little mind....Ordered the PEP. ZPS 16" and when they are near done, I will send my rear shock in to be rebuilt. This is exactly what my face looks like now:D :blah . I think I am going to go with the Houser +2 and the LSR axle also. What kind of time frame am I looking at for those? I will go through the QS for that. So Sharpshooter KMA:blah

ARE YOU SURE YOU SHOULD GET HOUSERS AND LSR OR ARE YOU GOING TO THINK THAT TO DEATH TOO

You are going to love the PEP's. Hopefully the wait is what they said. The +2 a-arms are fine. I would only get +3 if I had LT arms, but I am a Harescrambler so +1 is the widest I would go. Actually I would get the Laeger and RPM over Houser and LSR anyday of the week. If you get Houser arms, fine, but get a RPM axle. They are the best, hands down.

Thanks for the advice Warriorman. The wait isn't so bad for me. I cant really ride until February anyway....It's actually good timing.
